Document Package Updates:

Consider updating or restating your wishes on your Will and/or Trust every 5 years and your Advance Directives every 2 to 3 years.

The only Packages that have Updates are the Trust and Will Packages.  If you want to update Documents for Children you will need to purchase the entire Package.  If you want to update your Advance Directives, there is no charge for that service and you only need to order FREE documents.

The cost of the Update Package for a Living Trust Package is $75.00 and includes Amendments to your Living Revocable Trust, a new Pour-Over Last Will and Testament,  Revocation and Resignation documents, updated Living Wills, Medical Powers of Attorney and Durable Powers of Attorney.

Update Your Will Package

The cost of the Update Package for a Will Package is $50.00 and includes a Codicil of your Last Will and Testament,  Revocation and Resignation documents, updated Living Wills, Medical Powers of Attorney and Durable Powers of Attorney.
