Will Package

Making a will is an excellent way to ensure that your plans for leaving property to family, friends and organizations of your choice are carried out after your death.

What Documents are included in a Will Package?

We would be happy to schedule a free, mini Estate Planning workshop -- on the phone -- to answer your questions and explain all of this in plain English!

A Last Will and Testament Package is included in the Living Trust and Will Packages.  If you die without a Will -- even if you have a Trust, your property will pass according to the laws in your state -- which probably treats your partner like a stranger to you.

If you order a Will Package, you will receive a Will that details how you want your property to be distributed upon your death.  If you purchase a Trust Package, you will receive a "pour-over" Will that leaves everything to your Trust upon your death.

To schedule a phone workshop, call 800-891-8189 or send us an email

A Deluxe Will Package includes a Living Together Agreement and documents for children.  A Standard Will Package does not.

A Will does NOT take effect until you die...

If you die without a Will your partner may get nothing -- no matter how long you have been together.

When Will I get My Final Drafts?
