After you pay for your package, we'll make your documents and send first drafts to you. Once you've had an opportunity to read through all of your documents, we'll schedule a phone or Skype conference to go over each document with you to make sure you understand how they functions and what you'll need to do with them. During that conference we'll also answer your questions and make revisions to your documents if needed. When we are finished with this process, we'll send your final package as PDFs or by snail mail.

The Standard Will Package includes a Living Together or Partnership Agreement, and – for both partners – Last Wills, Advance Directives, Durable Power of Attorney for Finances, Deeds to property, Certification of Trust, HIPAA form, Disposition of Remains, Hospital Visitation form, Final Arrangements form, Guidance for Health Care Agent form, instructions for your executor, instructions for finalizing your documents, revocation, resignation and acceptance documents and miscellaneous supporting documents.
